Almond Encrusted Fillet of Sole

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds sole fillets
1/2 teaspoons ground pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1/3 cups milk
3 1/2 oz sliced almonds, chopped
3 tablespoons butter
4 slices fresh lime
Directions
- Sprinkle sole with pepper & paprika. Dip fillets in milk, then gently dredge both sides with almonds.
- Melt butter in skillet over med high heat.
- Arrange fillets in skillet, close together but not overlapping.
- Fry about 5-7 minutes, turning once until almonds are golden brown on both sides and fish flakes easily with fork.
- Serve with lime slice on each serving.
