I love these at the synagogue after shabbat services!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
2/3 cups Powdered sugar
1 1/2 sticks Butter, softened
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups Granulated sugar
3 tablespoons Flour
1/4 cups Lemon juice
Directions
- In bowl combine flour, sugar and butter and place into 9X13 pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes in a 350F oven.
- While it is baking, whisk together eggs, flour, sugar and lemon juice.
- Pour over crust and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
- Cool and sprinkle with additional powdered sugar.
- cut into squares.

These are wonderful lemon bars. The texture is very good and the taste is also wonderful. I would rate them a five star, but I personally don't think that there was enough lemon juice in them. I like my "bars" really lemony and tart. If I remember correctly, I put a Tablespoon of lemon juice in this recipe. ☻ Thanks for sharing it with us all!! ☻☻☻☻
