We often make this without the pie crust as an artichoke dip. This dish is sort of an eggless quiche. Either way it's great!

Ingredients
2 14 oz. cans unmarinated artichokes, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce
1 unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Mix artichokes in a blender until creamy
- Mix artichokes with remaining ingredients
- Spread evenly in pie shell and bake in a quiche dish at 350 degrees (F) for 35 minutes.
