Ingredients

1 box lasagna noodles
1 can (large) tomato sauce
2 containers cottage cheese
American cheese to taste
2 cups Water

Directions

  1. In baking dish, lay down two layers of lasagna noodles, then a layer of tomato sauce, cottage cheese, another layer of tomato sauce.
  2. Add another layer of lasagna noodles, then american cheese and more tomato sauce.
  3. Add the rest of the lasagna noodles and top with the rest of the tomato sauce
  4. Pour 2 cups of water over the whole thing and seal tightly with foil. The water will be absorbed as the noodles cook.
  5. Bake at 425 degree (F) for 1 hour.
