This baked artichoke dip is creamy, rich and delicious! A big hit at every party!

Ingredients
1 14 oz. can artichokes - may use more if you prefer
1 cup mayonnaise (NOT Miracle Whip, but can use fat-free or reduced fat mayonaisse)
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Open and drain artichokes
- Take a fork and "shread" artichokes
- Mix shredded artichokes with other ingredients
- Place mixture in a oven proof dish
- Bake at 375 degrees or until golden and bubling on top
- Serve hot with crackers, cocktail bread or vegetables.
