Ingredients
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
2/3 c. mayonnaise, (or diet mayonnaise)
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cut up artichoke hearts. Add all other ingredients. Blend. Put into oven-proof dish. Bake at 350 for approximately 20 minutes. Serve hot with corn chips or fresh vegetables.
