Squash with a twist

Ingredients
2 lbs. yellow squash
1 sm onion
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
4 t. sugar
season salt
chives
dash of pepper
Directions
- Boil squash and onion for 10 minutes. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor to puree, do a little at a time so bowl does not overflow.
- Bake in greased quart baking dish at 375 for 45 minutes.
