16 oz package egg noodles
2 cups sour cream
2 cups cottage cheese
6 egg whites, lightly beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbs. cinnamon
1 cup dried fruit of your choice

1 stick butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 tbs. sugar
1 cup crushed cornflakes

  1. Cook noodles for about 5-7 minutes – you want them cooked but not completely.
  2. Drain the noodles and mix with sour cream, cottage cheese, egg whites, sugar, cinnamon and dried fruit.
  3. Pour mixture into a 9" x 13" baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees (F).
  4. Combine all the topping ingredients spread over noodles, then continue baking for an additional 20 minutes.
