Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and split
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 minced onion
1/2 chicken bouillon or broth
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 lb. mushrooms
2 cups seedless green grapes
Bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Dampen chicken breasts with water and salt to taste
  2. Coat with bread crumbs
  3. Let stand 15 minutes
  4. Brown on all sides in oil over medium heat
  5. Transfer to shallow baking pan - one layer of chicken
  6. Saute onions, mushrooms in oil, bouillon and wine
  7. Pour on chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes uncovered.
