Kosher version of popular dessert.

Ingredients
1 Honey Graham Pie Crust (parve)
1 Egg white; slightly beaten
1 can Apple pie filling; (21 oz)
1/2 cups All-purpose flour
1/4 cups Sugar
5 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cups margarine
3/4 cups pecans; chopped
Confectioners' sugar; optional
Apple slices and mint sprig; for garnish
Directions
- Brush pie crust with egg white. Bake at 375 degrees (F) for 5 minutes, then set aside.
- Spoon pie filling into pie crust.
- In small bowl, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly; stir in pecans. Sprinkle over pie filling.
- Bake at 375F for 25 to 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Cool slightly on wire rack.
- Serve warm, sprinkled with confectioners' sugar if desired. Garnish with apple slices.
