Quick Delicious Pareve Fruit Knishes

These little fruit tarts were a huge hit at Rosh Hashanah and they could not be easier!!!

Ingredients

Peppridge Farm Puff Pastry
Pareve canned fruit pie filling (any flavor)

Directions

  1. Take Puff Pastry out of package and thaw at room temperature for 20-30 minutes
  2. Unroll Puff Pastry and cut each rectangle into 6 squares
  3. Put 1-2 tsp of fruit pie filling in middle of each square
  4. Pull each corner of square over fruit filling on diagonal and on top twist top of puff pastry
  5. Put knishes on baking sheet and freeze for 35 minutes
  6. 30 minutes before serving, take knishes out and place in preheated 425 degree oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve and enjoy
