No Thanksgiving day dinner is complete without cranberries and this parve cranberry pie recipe makes a great dessert addition to your menu.

Ingredients
4 cups challah bread, cut into cubes
2 cups or more of cranberries, washed
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup parve margarine
1 cup nuts, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup flour
Directions
- Spread cranberries in greased pie pan.
- Cover with 1/2 cup sugar and add nuts in a layer over the sugar.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine melted margarine with 1 cup of sugar, eggs and flour.
- Gently pour the mixture over pie pan ingredients.
- Bake at 325 degree (F) for 1 hour.
