Ingredients

1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 pinch dry mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cups olive oil
1/4 cups wine vinegar
1 clove garlic

Directions

  1. Dissolve salt, pepper, paprika, dry mustard and sugar in olive oil.
  2. Add vinegar.
  3. Peel clove of garlic and let stand in dressing until ready to use.
