An American version of the Passover fixture. Easy to make.

Ingredients

6 large apples , cored and quartered
2 tbl. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup sweet wine
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and grind in short pulses.
  2. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve.
