This lightly seasoned dish is very easy to make, and healthy.

Ingredients
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
2 medium zucchini squash, sliced
1 medium green bell pepper, cut in strips
1/2 cups chicken broth
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. white wine
Directions
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and sprinkle with seasonings and garlic.
- Cover with vegetables and pour in broth, lemon juice and wine.
- Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350F.
- Enjoy!
