Apple and Raisin Noodle Pudding

Ingredients

1/2 pounds egg noodles
1/2 cups raisins
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cups butter
1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
3 apples, peeled, cored and chopped

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse well with cold water.
  2. Soak raisins in cup of boiling water to soften. Let stand 10 minuntes, then drain.
  3. Combine all ingredients with noodles, mix well and pour into buttered casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees (F) for 45 minutes or until browned on top.
