Parve sauce goes well with any meal. Use whatever vegetables you have handy (or prefer).

Ingredients
28 ounces canned tomatoes, diced
16 ounces tomato sauce
5 1/2 ounces tomato paste
1/2 cups green bell peppers, chopped
1/2 cups onions, chopped
1/2 cups zucchini, diced
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cups carrots, chopped
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoons rosemary
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- In a large saucepan, saute bell pepper, onion, zucchini, mushrooms, carrots, garlic and herbs in oil until the onions are translucent.
- Add the canned tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
