Ingredients
1 cup grated coconut
1/2 pound chopped dates
1/2 pound dried figs, chopped
1 cup dried apricots, diced
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup plum preserves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 cup sweet wine
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except pecans.
- Place mixture in a saucepan with small amount of water and cook, covered, for 30 minutes. Add water as required.
- Remove from the heat, mix in pecans.
- Let cool and serve.
