A great way to enjoy cauliflower. Cook more or less depending on how soft you prefer the cauliflower.

Ingredients
1 Cauliflower
2 Onions, chopped
6 tbl. olive oil (or less)
1/2 tsp. Mustard seeds
1 tsp. Ginger, ground
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Turmeric
1/2 tsp. Cumin
2 tbl. Parsley, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
Sugar
Directions
- Saute onions in oil until soft, then add the mustard seeds, ginger, salt and turmeric.
- Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring.
- Cut up cauliflower and add it to spice mixture, making sure it is covered thoroughly.
- Add diced tomatoes, stir into mix along with the with cumin and parsley.
- Add sugar to taste.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent boiling.
