Amazing, easy to make, flavorful Brisket

Ingredients

4-5 pound Brisket
2 Cups of Coke
1 Package Onion Soup
1 Cup Ketchup
2-3 Tablespoons Fresh Ginger
1-2 Tablespoons Fresh Garlic (or Powder)
Fresh Dill

Directions

  1. Mix the coke,onion soup and ketchup together
  2. Use a Roasting Pan with a lid or Foil over
  3. Pour the above ingredients over the Brisket
  4. Marinate overnight
  5. Add the Fresh Ginger, Garlic and Fresh dill to the top of the Brisket
  6. Cook covered for 3 hours at 350 degrees
  7. Check the Brisket after 2 hours with a meat thermometer
