Here's a quick and healthy chicken recipe that is low in fat and tasty!

Ingredients
1 pound skinless boneless chicken breast
1 tbsp. olive oil
6 tbsp. dry white wine
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tsp. dried tarragon
2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- With a meat tendering hammer, gently pound chicken breast between two sheets of wax paper to flatten.
- Coat chicken with olive oil and place in a baking dish.
- Combine wine, lemon juice, herbs and pepper and coat chicken event on both sides.
- Cover baking dish (with foil) and bake 30 minutes at 350F, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- Enjoy!
