Great as a dip or as a filling for other recipes.

Ingredients
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 small garlic clove
1 tbl. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
10 ounces frozen cut spinach, thawed
Directions
- Blend ingredients in a food processor or blender at high speed until finely chopped and mixed well.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before using.

Great idea for a blog! Make sure you include some receips using no more than 3 ingredients that take no longer than 10 minutes to make, all in one pot, and taste amazing. That's all I have the patience for when I get in from the lab at the moment!
