Veal Cutlets in Wine Sauce

Ingredients
2 lbs. veal cutlets
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup of chopped onion
3/4 cup sliced mushrooms (1 can)
1 tablespoon minced parsley (dried ok)
2 tablespoons flour
1-1/2 cups stock or beef bouillon
1/4 cup wine--Sauterne
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
- Sprinkle cutlets with salt and pepper, cut in pieces
- Fry in fat until brown on both sides and remove to casserole
- To fat in fry pan add onions, mushrooms, parsley and cook for a few minutes
- Stir in and brown flour
- Add remaining ingredients. Cook until smooth and thick, stirring constantly.
- Pour over cutlets, bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, covered
