Ingredients

8 ounces medium egg noodles
1/4 cups melted margarine or oil
4 eggs, beaten
3 medium apples
1/4 cups seedless raisins
1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

  1. Cook and drain noodles and put in a large bowl. Stir in margarine and eggs.
  2. Peel and chop apples. If using raisins, rinse in hot water and drain.
  3. Combine all ingredients together, add seasoning and mix well.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Pour kugel mixture into a greased 9" x 13" baking pan and bake for 50 minutes or until lightly browned.
