Easy Apricot Raisin Filling for Hamentaschen

Ingredients

1 medium seedless orange
1 package dried apricots (appprox. 8 ounces)
1 1/2 cups Sultana raisins
3 tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. Cut orange in quarters, but do not peel. Process half the orange until fine, about 20 seconds.
  2. Add half the remaining ingredients. Process until fine, about 15 seconds.
  3. Empty processor bowl. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
