Sephardic Meat Side Dish

Ingredients

2 bunches of fresh spinach (use only the green)
olive oil
white beans (one palm full per person), washed and drained
1 bunch of cilantro, washed, drained and chopped
6 green onions (use only the green part), cleaned and chopped
1 head of garlic, peeled
two shakes of turmeric
black pepper to taste
salt to taste
meat (1/4 lb. per person)
water (just enough to cover all ingredients)

Directions

  1. Wash spinach thoroughly, drain. Saute in hot oil. Let cool, grind it in the processor.
  2. Add the following ingredients: cilantro, green onions, garlic, turmeric, black pepper, salt, meat, beans, Water (to cover all ingredients).
  3. Bring to a boil and let simmer about two hours depending on the size of the beans.
  4. Serve

Thanks, yo. Photoshop and PW actions they work woendrs when all you have is a cheap-sauce camera! Don't you love my sweet shades? They were way expensive almost $20 I think.
