This is a variation on my wife's noodle pudding. Our boys love noodle pudding and will even eat it for breakfast!

Ingredients
16 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. ricotta cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. wide egg noodles
4 oz. butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
dash of salt
2 cups milk
For the Topping:
1 cup cornflakes
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
- Prepare noodles according to package directions but remove from water before fully cooked (al dente)
- Mix the cheeses, butter, salt, sugar and milk together with the noodles and spread evenly in a baking dish.
- Cover with the topping and bake in a greased 13x9 in baking dish at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Top should be browned.
