Ingredients
1 whole cut-up chicken (8 pieces)
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp curry powder
3 tbs. dijon-style mustard
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbs. apricot jam
Directions
- Place chicken in one layer in large baking dish.
- Sprinkle paprika, pepper and curry powder evenly over chicken.
- Combine mustard, honey, lemon juice and jam in small bowl then apply to chicken.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours (time permitting)
- Bake chicken for one hour at 350 degrees (F), basting frequently.
