Fun way to eat matzah.

Ingredients
1/2 box of matzah (approx.)
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup dark brown sugar, packed well
12-ounce bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions
- Heat oven to 450 degrees (F)
- On a greased cookie sheet, arrange matzah in one layer, covering the entire pan. In a saucepan, melt butter with brown sugar. Boil until mixture coats a spoon, and then spread over matzah.
- Bake 4 minutes and remove from oven. Sprinkle chips on top and bake one minute.
- Remove from oven and gently spread melted chocolate to cover as completely as possible. Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
- Refrigerate until completely cool. Break into pieces and refrigerate in covered tin.
