Ingredients

1 lb chicken or calves liver
1 tbl chicken fat or peanut oil
2 small onions, chopped
2 eggs, hard boiled and finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Bake chicken or calves liver at 425 degrees (F) until well done, about 5 minutes on each side.
  2. Chop ion food processor until you have a paste.
  3. Saute onion in chicken fat until lightly brown and mix with liver paste.
  4. Finally, add hard-boiled eggs and salt and pepper.
