Ingredients

1 cup tahina paste
2 tbl. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
Salt to taste
1/2 cup cold water

Directions

  1. Place tahina paste, lemon juice, garlic and salt in food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding enough water to make a thin sauce. You can do this by hand, adding a small amount of water at a time and stirring until smooth.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
