Ingredients

7 large carrots, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup honey
Juice of one lemon
1 tbl. orange juice
1/8 tsp. ginger powder

Directions

  1. Combine honey, lemon juice, orange juice and ginger powder.
  2. Pour over carrots and mix.
  3. Chill 2 hours or more before serving.
