3 eggs
3 cups potatoes, grated, and drained
1/3 cup potato flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1-1.2 tsp. salt
1 onion, grated
4 tbl. melted margarine


  1. Beat eggs well, then mix with potatoes, flour, baking powder, salt, onion and margarine.
  2. Pour into greased 9x12 baking dish and bake 1 hour at 350 F.
  3. Turn up temperature at end to brown top.
  4. Serve warm.
