Ingredients

1/2 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
2 cups apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup dried apricots
Water

Directions

  1. Cook fruits together in water (just covered) until apricots and dates are tender enough to mash with a fork.
  2. Mix until well blended
  3. Add walnuts, both chopped and finely chopped, and serve.
