Ingredients

Pastry
3 glasses white flour
3 eggs
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
Filling
1 medium onion finely chopped and fried
200g cooked and chopped meat
salt and pepper
2 tablespoon oil

Directions

  1. Pastry
  2. With the fingers mix all the ingredients very well.
  3. Open the pastry (5mm) cut squares (5cm)
  4. Filling
  5. In a bowl mix all the ingredients.
  6. Put 1 tablespoon filling in each square and close like a ravioli.
  7. Cook in boiling water for about 20 min,
  8. Serve with chicken soup or put brown fried onion over the krepalech and serve.

I don't know why she dehydrates her foods, but one resaon could be that she has a garden and she? produces more vegetables than she eats then she could eat it later in thew year:D
