An interesting Passover dish - great for during the week.

Ingredients
2 lb. hamburger
2 cans chicken soup
10 medium onions
Oil for sautéing
4 eggs
1 box matza
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
- Cook hamburger with one can chicken soup, about 1/2 hour or until liquid cooks down. Add salt and pepper.
- Dice and fry onions in oil until medium brown. Drain and add to cooked meat.
- Add eggs and mix thoroughly.
- Heat second can of soup and dip matza quickly on both sides.
- Trim moistened matza to cover bottom of a large 9x13 inch baking dish (greased). Spread meat mixture evenly. Cover with more moistened matzo. Sprinkle remaining soup, oil and chopped nuts on top.
- Bake at 425 degrees (F) for 30 minutes.
- Cover to cool, then cut in squares.
