These little meatballs go well with rice or pasta.

Ingredients
3 pounds of ground beef
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbl Italian seasoning
3 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp onion powder
1 cup bread crumbs
1 14 oz. can tomato sauce
Olive oil, for browning
Directions
- Mix ingredients thoroughly and shape into small oval burgers.
- Cover bottom of fry pan with olive oil. Preheat oil and brown the burgers on both sides.
- Add a can of tomato sauce (14-15 oz size), sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and Italian seasoning.
- Cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
