Sweet cakes popular among Jews of Ghana and Uganda. Cooking times are estimates.

Ingredients
2 kilos wheat flour
½ kilo sugar,
2 mugs of cold water
about 75 grams of yeast
sunflower oil
Fruit of choice
Directions
- Combine the flour, sugar and yeast with the cold water and blend until the mixture is not too firm, but not too sticky.
- Roll mixture out onto clean surface and cut into triangular pieces.
- Heat the oil and place one triangular piece of dough into the pan at a time. Each piece should rise. Remove from heat when the piece is about to brown.
- Serve with tropical fruits such as mangos, papayas, jackfruit or pineapples.

Great idea for a blog! Make sure you include some recieps using no more than 3 ingredients that take no longer than 10 minutes to make, all in one pot, and taste amazing. That's all I have the patience for when I get in from the lab at the moment!
