Ingredients

2 kilos wheat flour
½ kilo sugar,
2 mugs of cold water
about 75 grams of yeast
sunflower oil
Fruit of choice

Directions

  1. Combine the flour, sugar and yeast with the cold water and blend until the mixture is not too firm, but not too sticky.
  2. Roll mixture out onto clean surface and cut into triangular pieces.
  3. Heat the oil and place one triangular piece of dough into the pan at a time. Each piece should rise. Remove from heat when the piece is about to brown.
  4. Serve with tropical fruits such as mangos, papayas, jackfruit or pineapples.

Great idea for a blog! Make sure you include some recieps using no more than 3 ingredients that take no longer than 10 minutes to make, all in one pot, and taste amazing. That's all I have the patience for when I get in from the lab at the moment!
