2/3 cup cold water
1/3 cup canola oil
1 cup matzo meal
2 tbs. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs


  1. Boil oil and water, remove from stove and add sugar and salt.
  2. Sift in matzo meal then leave to cool for about 5 minutes
  3. Add eggs, mixing after each egg.
  4. Put approximately 1/4 cup of ball shaped mixture on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for 50 minutes at 375 degrees (F).
