A delicious breakfast granola for Pesach

Ingredients

4 cups matzah farfel (or small broken
pieces of matzah)
1/2 cup nuts
3/4 cup coconut
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup raisins

Directions

  1. Mix farfel, nuts, and coconut.
  2. Then add honey, oil and mix well.
  3. Spread in a large, oiled pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. Make sure to stir every 10 minutes to brown evenly.
  5. Cool and add raisins.
