You can buy pita chips anywhere but they're so easy to make yourself and you can vary this recipe by replacing the seasoned salt with lemon pepper seasoning, cajun seasoning or you own favorite.

Ingredients

1 package pita bread
Seasoned salt

Directions

  1. Cut each pita bread into 8 equal wedges. Pull apart each wedges to make 2 pieces.
  2. Arrange pieces as on cookie sheet and sprinkle with seasonings.
  3. Bake at 400F degrees for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.
