1 medium seedless orange
1 package dried apricots (appprox. 8 ounces)
1 1/2 cups Sultana raisins
3 tablespoons sugar


  1. Cut orange in quarters, but do not peel. Process half the orange until fine, about 20 seconds.
  2. Add half the remaining ingredients. Process until fine, about 15 seconds.
  3. Empty processor bowl. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Add yogurt and blueberries. Blend until the berries have turned the yogurt into a deep rich blue. Put in the ground flaxseed and whey protein. Blend until smooth.
