This is a Passover sweet candy.

Ingredients

1 Pound Honey (1 1/3 cup)
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 Cups Matzoh Farfel
1 1/2 cups finely chopped nuts (your choice)
1 Teaspoons Ground Ginger (or more to taste)

Directions

  1. In a Saucepan bring the honey and Sugar to a slow boil.
  2. Add Farfel,nuts and ginger stirring constantly,until golden brown, approx. 10 minutes.
  3. Spread the mixture on a dampened wooden bread board.
  4. Roll with a wet drinking glass to 1/4 " thick.
  5. When it starts to harden, cut into squares or diamond shapes with a very sharp knife
