A nice treat during Passover.

1 cup almond paste
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup confectioner's sugar


  1. Grease and flour a cookie sheet, removing any excess flour.
  2. Break up paste into blender. Add egg whites, salt and vanilla and beat at low speed until smooth.
  3. Slowly add sugar and continue to blend until dough forms.
  4. Place rounded spoonful onto cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees(F) for 20 minutes.

At this joyous time of the reeltling of how HaShem saved us from slavery, it is a good time to remember our brother Jason Pollard who is unjustly being held in what some have called a dungeon. Herod break the law, but it is unconscionable that he has been held for as long as he has. Please, Abba, let our brother go.
