Ingredients

28 ounces canned tomatoes, diced
16 ounces tomato sauce
5 1/2 ounces tomato paste
1/2 cups green bell peppers, chopped
1/2 cups onions, chopped
1/2 cups zucchini, diced
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cups carrots, chopped
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoons rosemary
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, saute bell pepper, onion, zucchini, mushrooms, carrots, garlic and herbs in oil until the onions are translucent.
  2. Add the canned tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste.
  3. Simmer for 30 minutes.
