500 g (1.1 lb) Bananas, raw, skinned, washed, cut into even-sized rounds
Salt to taste
Coconut oil / Vegetable oil for frying


  1. Heat the oil in a wok (kadhai); add the bananas and deep-fry till golden brown.
  2. Sprinkle some salt water in the oil and stir.
  3. Remove the fried bananas with a slotted spoon and drain the excess oil on absorbent paper towels. Repeat till all are fried.
  4. Cool and store in airtight jars.

Aironec'è di strano che , invece di arrivare, magari sbagliare la prima manovra e passare sopra e poi virare, invece di , una volta inquadrato il bersaglio, arrivarci sopra e centrare dove capita sul pentagono, rischia di mandare tutto a puttane con una manovra rasoterra che gli trancia anche le ali.Questo è uno dei punti che mi sembra molto strano.E spero che qualcuno non mi risponda con "fortuna" o "bisognerebbe chiederlo al die"rtatotro...Si sto tornando polemico anche io.CiaoJimbo
