Ingredients

1/2 lb chicken liver
1/4 of small onion
2 hard boiled eggs
1 celery stalk
2 tsp chicken fat
salt, pepper, cinnamon to taste

Directions

  1. Wash and salt the liver on all sides and broil on a wire rack.
  2. Wash livers then place into food processor, along with onion, eggs, celery and chop twice.
  3. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a hint of cinnamon.
