Anchovy-Garlic Dressing

This is a nice dressing that would go well on a salad or even as a sauce/marinade. Hand mixing is recommended for ideal texture.

1 clove garlic, mashed
1 anchovy fillet, chopped
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/3 cups olive oil (substitute vegetable oil if desired)


  1. Blend garlic, anchovy, vinegar lemon juice and mustard, mixing by hand.
  2. Slowly add oil and whisk to mix thoroughly.
