1 cup fresh chili peppers
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1 tbs. garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ground cumin
Pinch of ground cardamom


  1. Puree chili peppers then add parsley and coriander leaves, blending again.
  2. Add garlic, salt, pepper and ground cumin and a pinch of ground cardamom and mix well.
