This parve spinach dip goes great with fresh cut cucumbers, carrots, cauliflower and celery and makes a great Thanksgiving dinner hors d'oeurve.

Ingredients
1 10 oz. package of frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup scallions, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cups mayonnaise
Directions
- Thaw the spinach and squeeze out water
- Mix spinach with parsley, scallions, salt, pepper and mayonnaise
- Chill before serving.
